Simple, reliable garden maintenance for everyday upkeep.

Tier 1 is designed for homeowners who want their garden kept neat, tidy, and under control without overcomplicating things. With two structured visits per month, this package focuses on the core jobs that keep your outdoor space looking presentable all year round.

We take care of regular lawn mowing and strimming during the growing season, light weeding to keep beds and borders tidy, and seasonal leaf clearing through autumn and winter. Everything is done with consistency and care, so your garden never gets away from you.

This tier is ideal for smaller gardens, busy homeowners, landlords, or anyone who simply wants peace of mind that the basics are always covered.

Standard Care

More detailed maintenance for a healthier, better-looking garden.

Tier 2 is for customers who want more than just the basics. With longer visits each month, this package goes deeper into the overall health and appearance of your garden.

 

Alongside all the key mowing, strimming, and weeding, we also carry out regular pruning and general border upkeep to keep everything growing correctly and looking balanced.

Seasonal frost preparation is included to protect your plants through the colder months, and mulching can be added where needed (with material costs charged separately).

 

This tier is all about preventative care — stopping small issues from becoming big ones.

Tier 2 is perfect for medium-sized gardens and homeowners who take pride in a well-kept outdoor space without needing premium-level frequency.

3

Premium Care

High-standard, frequent maintenance for gardens that demand more attention.

Tier 3 is your highest level of care, designed for customers who want their garden looking its best at all times.

 

This package includes four shorter visits per month, allowing for far more regular attention and a consistently polished finish.

As well as full mowing and strimming, this tier includes deep border cleaning and detailed bed maintenance, proper shaping and pruning, and weekly seasonal watering to support plant health during the warmer months.

The higher visit frequency means your garden is always being managed proactively, not reactively.

Tier 3 customers also benefit from 5% discounts on selected add-ons, including jet washing and waste collection.

This tier is ideal for high-visibility gardens, larger plots, or homeowners who want a premium, hands-off service with consistent results.

Terms and Conditions

1. How Our Monthly Plans Work

  • Your garden care plan runs on a month-to-month basis.

  • Each month includes the visits listed in your chosen tier.

  • Once a new month begins, the full month’s service fee becomes due — even if you later choose to stop the service partway through the month.

  • If you’d like to change or cancel your plan, just let us know before the new month starts.

2. Payments

  • Payments are taken monthly.

  • Materials (such as mulch, compost, plants, or special treatments) are not included unless stated.

  • Add-on services (jet washing, hedge cutting, waste removal) will always be agreed with you beforehand — no surprises.

3. What’s Included

Each plan includes the services described in your chosen tier.
If anything requires extra time or specialist tools, we’ll always discuss it with you first.

4. Visit Times

  • We operate Monday–Friday.

  • Visit lengths vary depending on the tier.

  • Sometimes weather or operational issues may require rescheduling — we’ll always update you as early as possible.

5. Access to Your Garden

  • Please ensure we have safe access to the garden on your visit days.

  • If we are unable to access the space due to a locked gate, pets, or obstacles, the visit will still count toward your monthly total (as staff time is allocated).

6. Health & Safety

We operate safely and professionally at all times.
For everyone’s safety, please ensure pets and children are kept clear of machinery while we work.

7. What’s Not Included

Unless stated:

  • Waste removal

  • Mulching materials

  • Major hedge reductions

  • Large one-off clearances

These can be arranged as extras.

8. Weather

Light rain won’t stop us.
Heavy rain, storms, or unsafe conditions may mean a visit is rescheduled.

9. Garden Condition

If the garden requires large one-off work to get it to a maintainable baseline, we may recommend an initial reset visit before starting a tier plan.

10. Ending or Changing Your Plan

  • You can cancel or switch tiers whenever you want.

  • Changes take effect from the next month.

  • Once a month begins, the full service fee is due (even if you stop mid-month), as time is already allocated for you.

11. Your Satisfaction

We want you to be genuinely happy with the service.
If you ever feel something isn’t right, please tell us — we’ll fix it.
